Writers Showing up for Writing
As writers and busy 9 -5 ‘ers, we’re cracking the code on how you show up for yourself as a writer in the digital age.

Our Story
In a country far from her home, a writer stumbled on a big problem. Aside from costly MFA programs, there weren’t options for collaborating with fellow writers. Writing support she found online wasn't cohesive with having a full-time job.
Existing options were expensive, focused on grinding daily output goals, using a one-size-fits-all writing strategy. Requiring huge chunks of writing on a daily basis.
The lightbulb?
Create an online writing program where individuals are inspired to prioritize time for writing within their busy schedules & without dropping $$$ to live creatively.
Ideas Write Now is founded on the idea that finishing projects in writing doesn’t have to be an arduous process done in solitude. We don’t have to ascribe to the idea of the “tortured artist” anymore. We don’t have to feel ashamed by a truth of not getting to write every day or the gazillion other hinderances from getting to the page.
Our MO is to lean into developing a writing practice that works for each of our uniquely busy lives. We are learning to show up for ourselves as writers. Choosing to write with us, you’re joining a community of writers making time for writing.
Getting your tush in the chair to write & trusting yourself to write is f*ing challenging work somedays. We get it. But we’ll keep showing up and writing regardless.

What people are saying about Ideas Write Now
Rosaleen Donagher, Teacher, Ireland
I love Ideas Write Now. It's really fun. It's engaging. I've got to meet some great new people. Most of 'em are really funny. I can be funny too, I found out through writing. The workshop is very cathartic and therapeutic. It's definitely drawn out a side of me that I didn't realize I had. So yeah, give it a go. You won't be disappointed.
Anh Duy, University Student, Vietnam
If anyone asked me the reasons why I love Ideas Write Now so much, I would say that it's a place where I can express my feelings as well as be myself without feeling any kind of pressure. That's because the people are very supportive. I don't feel any kind of judgment whenever it comes to the sharing part of the workshop. I gained a lot of ideas from people and it's very inspiring how people can make a good story out of very random and strange writing prompts each week.
